	We started our service in 1992 by supplying freight forwarding and NVOCC services to a select group of shippers moving freight between North America and Asia. Our customers’ logistics needs grew quickly and today we are a full service third party logistics provider with offices and services throughout New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Shanghai, Qingdao, Dalian, Tianjin, Beijing, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Thailand, along with locations in Latin America, Germany, and Australia. We have experienced a tremendous amount of growth in a very short period of time. This is due to the fact that from day one Dynalink has placed their customers’ interests and needs ahead of their own. One of the company’s founders, Maureen Chen, created this system to fully integrate all of the logistics functions into a total cargo visibility application ranging from PO, event management, inland tracing, Custom’s clearance, door delivery, all the way through to POD (Proof of Delivery). This system is paperless, includes EDI connections with all major carrier and rail providers, and supplies end-user visibility. Not to mention it’s the only one of its kind in the industry! About Our Founders Dynalink's success is, without question, due in part to the leadership, guidance and innovation of its Founders, Jack and Maureen Chen. Mr. Chen was born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1956. He received his Bachelors degree from Chiao Tung University in 1980. After moving to the United States, he graduated with a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal State Long Beach in 1984. Mr. Chen partnered with his wife Maureen to create Dynalink Systems, Inc. in 1992. Mrs. Chen is an accomplished Computer Science graduate from Cal State Los Angeles. The goal for Dynalink, as envisioned and fostered by the Chen's, was to create an all inclusive logistics firm that would provide clients with the best rates, along with some of the industries most comprehensive services. Even though the industry has been slow to embrace innovative services and technology, the Chen's realized their future success would depend on a fully automated and computerized process.
