PierPASS Rate Increase Advisory

To Our Valued Customers:

We are informing your office of the latest update regarding the implementation of a rate adjustment towards Traffic Mitigation Fees (TMF), effective  APRIL 3,  2006.

The current TMF fees shall be increase to $50 per TEU,  after PierPass has concluded their review of the past transaction fees, were not able to meet the required expenses to maintain the terminal’s  off-peak operations.

Therefore,  the new charges are as follows:

20’ container     $50        (current $40)

40’ STD/HQ       $100      (current $80)

For your convenience,  Dynalink Systems, Inc.,  still offers and shall process these payments to our accounts who had been set-up and had agreed to our terms.

It is part of our continuing intent to well inform our customers and its agents alike,  that in order to  use of daytime gate operations to liberate your cargo,  you are able to register and set up an account directly with PierPASS.
