To All Valued Customers:

  1. All pertinent data are listed for your kind perusal.
  2. If charges are indicated on said arrival notice, it is required that you send us a check, payable to our company, including (if required), the ORIGINAL BILL OF LADING.
  3. We hereby advice you to process simultaneously and secure a US Customers release for your shipment. You have the decision to use a broker (within you locality), and/or file the customs entry fore your shipment by your goodself. The documents needed to file an entry are as follows:
    • copy of arrival notice
    • copy of bill of lading
    • commercial invoice issued by your supplier/shipper
    • copy of packing list issued by your supplier/shipper
    • your ID
    • please contact your local US Customs office for additional requirement
  4. Upon receipt of your ORIGINAL BILL OF LADING and PAYMENT, we will issue a release order to the appropriate warehouse to release your cargo. Please call the warehouse to confirmed the release and availability of your shipment, prior to arranging for pick-up. If your shipment is Telex Released, Surrendered and/or the charges has been prepaid overseas, as indicated on our arrival notice, we will need your faxed request or instruction to release your shipment, NO shipment will be automatically released until we are formally adviced.
  5. All shipping documents (i.e. orig. bill of lading, packing list and invoice, etc.) should be sent to you directly by your shipper. We do not have the original documents with us, therefore, if this documents are amiss, we strongly suggest you contact your overseas shipper.
  6. Please note, that the warehouse will charge you for 'storage charge' if you fail to pickup your cargo in the alloted time they have provided. Kindly pick up your cargo within the free-time to avoid any extra charges.
  7. Under US Customs regulation, all import shipments is required to make an entry with US Customs. If a shipment has no entries filed within 15 days of arrival, the destination warehouse will send the cargo into a General Order hold thru US Customs. This will entail additional charges, on top of the warehouse charges.
