What is the effective date for Off-Peak?

What are OffPeak’s hours of operation:

Monday through Thursday 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (next day) and Saturday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for all terminals

How much will it cost to move a container during peak hours under OffPeak?

A Traffic Mitigation Fee (TMF) of $40/TEU or $80/FEU must be paid on all non-exempt containers received at the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles before the container can leave the terminal.

Are there any exceptions to the TMF requirement? Who doesn’t have to pay TMF?

Any shipments moving during OffPeak hours of operation and any inbound shipments that have paid the ACTA fee and/or will move through the Alameda Corridor are exempt from TMF.

Who must pay TMF?

Beneficial cargo owners – shippers, consignees, or their agents

How do I pay TMF?

Please first establish an online account with PierPASS (ww.PierPASS-TMF.org). Through your account, you may pay TMF with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), debit card (Visa and MasterCard) or eCheck or receive invoices if you are a credit account.

Can I have Dynalink facilitate payment of TMF for me?

Dynalink will assist those NSA accounts who have made prior arrangement with paying TMF.
